History
Our core business is security & cleaning services, however we are often required to “bolt on” other key responsibilities within the realms of our client’s requirements. We have a national operational capability, with some of our clients requiring national coverage. Our longest client relationship is a 30 year working partnership with a national chain of department stores who have just extended the term of our contract for another three year term.

The company was subject to a change of management two years ago, and subsequently we have set down a platform to substantially develop the business leaning on the experience and qualifications of a widely respected senior management team.

The company’s growth has been traditionally organic, however we are currently looking at acquisition opportunities that will accelerate the performance and development of the business moving forwards.

Ability to Service
Omega FM operates extensively throughout the U.K. Our head Office and operational base is situated close to the Liverpool City Centre at Richmond Row.

We have our own company maintenance department which is responsible for the supply and upkeep of all equipment and machinery. We undertake speedy pick up and replacement of equipment for repair and thus do not rely upon third party support which can affect the fluency of our service.

We are confident that any service offered to clients will consistently be maintained at a high level throughout any contract term. We maintain our service levels by way of mutually agreed Service Level Agreements & Key Performance Indicators.

All contracts receive regular management support visits where staff are constantly appraised. Our clients receive formulised management visits in addition to any operational visits to site. It is normal to appoint a key Contract Manager to a each respective contract.
